Missouri Congressman (8th District) Jason Smith expresses interest in running for running for a seat on United States Senate.
“I’m definitely considering it, says Smith, “But like I’ve said all along, I’ve still got my work to do.”
As a Republican leader of the budget committee, Smith is at ground zero of a 3.5 billion dollar spending bill that the Biden administration is trying to push through, a bill that Smith is working to shut down.
“Whenever I get my work done, four or five months down the road, I’ll make the decision for the United States senate.”
Jason Smith joins Marc Cox to talk his consideration of a Senate run, mask mandates, and the situation in Afghanistan.
