Missouri Senator Andrew Koenig (R – Dist. 15) joins the show to discuss Senate Bill 21. Koenig says SB21 deals with restaurants, churches, restrictions in private residencies, and more.
SB21 says if a business is shut down by a government entity, that business is exempt from paying property taxes. This bill does not address liability protection. Koenig says there is a need for businesses to have liability protection but he recognizes the concerns over SB51.
