Stephen Moore: 'We need Republicans to be talking about cutting the budget'

Economist Stephen Moore said infrastructure should be done privately or with state and local governments making the discussion for their area.
"The people of Missouri shouldn't be paying for the New York subway system," he said.
The issue with accumulating all of this debt and spending all this money is that we are spending it on welfare and corporate welfare that has very little return. The last time we spent this much money was after World War II.
When the Democrats are trying to pass all of these things and call them infrastructure, will this change the definition of what can be considered in reconciliation?
