Marc Cox spoke with Eapen Thampy, a Missouri lobbyist that focuses on criminal justice and the legalization of marijuana, about why he is not in support of Amendment 3 despite being pro-marijuana legalization. The 38 page Amendment is said to be poorly worded, purposefully long winded, and criticized by those both against and for the legalization of marijuana in Missouri.
