Jon Lerman, an attorney representing Reign Restaurant, joins the show after the news that the downtown eatery has been ordered to close for a full year.
The city is considering this the third violation for the restaurant.
Lerman maintains the city is enforcing “laws” that contradict their own website. Reign Restaurant is currently seeking a temporary restraining order against the city so they can reopen immediately.
