On the anniversary of 9/11, the Biden administration issued a blanket waiver for international banks to transfer $6 billion in frozen Iranian money in exchange for five American citizens detained in Iran.
Congresswoman Ann Wagner calls the deal "reprehensible".
"Let me be clear, getting Iran to release innocent hostages is important, it really is. But not at a financial cost that puts millions of lives at risk from Iran being able to expand their nuclear ambitions and continue to fund their terrorist operations by proxy and otherwise around the world."
