'I'm the outsider': Rep. Billy Long fights in Missouri Senate race despite low polling

Missouri Congressman Billy Long joined Marc Cox live at CPAC in Orlando, he's looking for a higher office, as earlier in the week he registered to run for the Missouri Senate seat currently occupied by Roy Blunt.

Long quickly jumped into the reasons why the public should vote for him, "I'm the outsider [in the race]. I was 55 years-old when I was sworn into Congress. This is my sixth term. I'm in Washington, but I'm not of Washington. I go there two, three days a week, I'm home three, four days a week."

Marc pointed out to Long that he regularly appears in a, "distant fourth" in polls on the Republican side of candidates, trailing Eric Greitens, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, and Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler.

"Are you talking about the polls that are taken by Eric Schmitt's consultants? And by Eric Greitens consultants?" quipped Long. "How many people do you think they polled in the 7th District? Do you not think they want to make me look weak? Weaker than a pup and get me out of the race."
