Congresswoman Mary Miller (R – Il Dist 15) introduced the Safety and Opportunity for Girls Act aimed at protecting women’s rights. Miller says her goal is to clarify that the definition of sex in Title IX is biological sex and not gender identity. President Joe Bidned signed an Executive Order to interpret Title IX as just the opposite.
Miller says the impact of the Equality Act will be far-reaching affecting everything from sports to adoption.
