Alderman Boyd joins the #Bottomline to discuss the St. Louis City mayoral race. Boyd has endorsed Alderman President Lewis Reed. He believes that Reed is the only candidate in the race that is capable of consistently generating enough support from the board of alderman to pass legislation.
When pressed on crime, Boyd says that the police chief reports directly to the mayor and that crime is a problem that can only be changed by whoever holds that office.
