Supreme Court may have to decide on vaccine mandates

A federal appeals court in Louisiana temporarily halted the vaccine requirement for businesses with 100 or more workers.

Paul Larkin is a senior legal fellow with the Heritage Foundation. Larkin says that neither the FDA nor HHS has the authority to demand everyone in the nation to be vaccinated… that’s an issue for the states.


As the government is challenged, and the private sector is mandated, Larkin believes a slew of lawsuits are on the horizon. Then what?

“You’re going to see, ultimately, the Supreme Court have to decide this,” says Larkin.
