The Supreme Court said they wouldn’t give Texas permission to sue any other states because they don’t have any “standing”; basically, Texas doesn’t have any say in how other states handle their elections.
It was the “hail mary pass” and it was dropped by the Supreme Court.
“This was not a frivolously case… they made a good argument,” says Hans von Spakovsky.
Unfortunately, he believes 'that’s all she wrote' on attempting to change the results of the election.
