'Unprecedented nature' of Trump indictment of note in what could be an otherwise 'uneventful' day

President Donald Trump is set to appear at a federal courthouse today in Miami, Florida.

Trump has been indicted on 37 federal counts from an investigation into his alleged improper retention of classified records after leaving office in 2020.

Trump is expected to appear at 2 PM CT. What can we expect?
