Marc speaks with AK Kamara from Project 21, The Black Leadership Network, about their demand for Verizon to un-cancel One America News Network. Project 21 is part of The National Center for Public Policy Research, and works to promote the views of African-Americans on all sides of the political spectrum. According to the press release from Project 21, Verizon Wireless has held a relationship with the network for 17 years. Kamara says that Project 21 is a team of Conservative Black Leaders from across the country that attempts to show that, "being Black does not mean you have to be a liberal or progressive, and that you can have independent free thought. You can think that capitalism is a great thing, and that you can believe that having faith and family are an important and integral part of society."
