Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki about President Joe Biden’s feelings on Gwen Berry, the US Olympic athlete who turned her back on the American flag during the national anthem.
Psaki said that Biden is “incredibly proud to be an American” but “there are moments where we are — as a country, haven’t lived up to our highest ideals” and that peaceful protesting is a constitutional right.
