SAN ANTONIO, TX (KFTK) -- A San Antonio woman accused of election fraud has been taken into custody, according to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Rachel Rodriguez is accused of illegal voting, fraud, unlawfully possessing an official ballot, and unlawfully assisting people voting by mail.

Ken Paxton's Election Fraud Division combed through hours of unedited footage provided by Project Veritas, leading to the arrest.

It's alleged that Rodriguez acknowledged on camera that she was partaking in illegal activity.
