Lt. Col. Dakota Wood of The Heritage Foundation gave an update on the war in Ukraine. He also shared his thought's on the President's visit to Europe. Wood says that the administration's messaging lacks clarity.
"The White House's approach has been driven by fear of escalation," says Wood.
