Former Missouri State Senator John Lamping and Marc Cox discuss a new petition that would amend the Missouri Constitution's voting rules and switch to a "ranked choice" system of voting and eliminate party primaries.
Following a primary where voters could select their favorite candidates from any party, voters would go to the polls in the general election and rank their top four candidates.
