Illinois State Representative Blaine Wilhour called into the show to discuss a push from Democrats in the state advocating to repeal abortion notifications.
These laws put in place the act of a notification being sent to parents before their minor gets an abortion. The notification is sent 48 hours before the procedure.
This law has been in effect since 2013.
