Missouri State Rep Adam Schnelting joined Marc Cox to discuss his new initiative in the state legislature that would limit the Amendments that citizens could make to the state constitution.
Schnelting says his constituents were concerned about the ease in making changes to the document, "it's not something that should be changed by fleeting or popular sentiment. So, I proposed House Joint Resolution 5 which raises that threshold to at least 60-percent," of voters to pass into law.
