State of Texas suing Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin

Texas is filing a lawsuit with the Supreme Court over election irregularities.

Senior legal fellow at Heritage Hans von Spakovsky said what the state of Texas is doing is unprecedented.

“The actions of government officials in these four states in changing the rules governing absentee ballots violated the US constitution,” he said.

What Texas is saying is these other government officials didn’t have the ability to change the election ballot rules, and because of that those unconstitutional changes affected the outcome of the election.

Spakovsky said Texas has made a very good case; however, it is the equivalent of a Hail Mary pass.

"I think it is pretty doubtful that the Supreme Court will give Texas permission to file the lawsuit," he said.
