America’s Frontline Doctors have filed a temporary restraining order in federal court against Secretary Xavier Becerra and the Department of Health and Human Services, citing scientific data that raises concern over risk and lack of necessity of COVID-19 vaccines for children.
Plaintiffs include doctors and parents who are alarmed by the offering of products to children that haven’t undergone long-term testing.
