The former Acting Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement under President Donald Trump, Thomas Homan, joined Mark Reardon with reaction to the visuals he's seen of Haitian migrants converging in Texas.
"It's not even stretching the truth, its stone-cold lying," says Homan about the assessment from Biden administration officials of the situation.
"The border's open, people are getting released into the country every day. So the Haitians say, 'what the hell, I'm not in Haiti anymore, I'm down here and got a job in Peru', but who wouldn't want to be in the United States? So they all come up here," says Homan.
