Heritage Foundation senior research fellow Dr. Peter Brookes gave a sobering assessment of the Ukraine war. Dr. Brookes says that we will see increasing brutality in Ukraine as Russia attempts to force the Ukrainian government to capitulate.
"This will come down to the resilience of the Ukrainian people and their armed forces," says Brookes.
However, there may be some hope as both sides are engaged in negotiations to end the war. Dr. Brookes also shared his thoughts on the report that Russia is requesting military assistance from China, and the possibility of a nuclear attack.
