Ukraine's President addresses Congress: 'Remember Pearl Harbor' and 'Remember Sept. 11'

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the United States Congress via video-conference from Kyiv, Ukraine on Wednesday morning.

He made the comparison of the Russian invasion of Ukraine to historic events in the US, including the attacks on Pearl Harbor and 9-11 from the air.

"Nobody else expected it, you could not stop it. Our country experienced the same, every day," said Zelenskyy. "Right now, at this moment, every night for three weeks now."

"Russia has turned the Ukrainian sky into a source of death for thousands of people," said Zelenskyy in his speech where he also asked for more equipment and air power to fight off the invasion.
