The Hazelwood youth sports complex project has been hit particularly hard by the pandemic.
The St. Louis County Council had previously pledged $6 million toward the development. The council then voted to delay the funds over concerns regarding project viability amid pandemic restrictions.
This week, in a 6-1 vote, they recommitted.
