ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - It's a great thing that Adam Wainwright is coming back to St. Louis in 2021 and will hopefully be bringing his hilarious Twitter feed with him.
The day after it was reported that he's re-signing with the St. Louis Cardinals, he gave us a huge laugh with his latest Tweet. He responded to a mistake by a local TV station that said he's signing a one-deal with the St. Louis Blues.

And since he's apparently changing sports, he decided to get to work right away. He put on his Blues jersey, grabbed a hockey stick and a catcher's mask, then went through some kind of side-to-side skating and shooting drill.
"I just found out on Twitter that the St. Louis Blues signed me. So I'm super excited, but I gotta get to work," Wainwright says.
He also shared a screenshot of the mistake:
