The NHL and NHL Players' Association, along with Kraft Hockeyville representatives, announced Tuesday the arena Colosseum will host the Wings and Blues on Sept. 26, with live coverage on NBCSN.

"The Red Wings are very excited to have the unique opportunity to take part in Kraft Hockeyville USA," Red Wings executive vice president and general manager Ken Holland said in a press release. "There are many Red Wings fans throughout northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula, so we're excited to share in this special day to celebrate our great game playing against an old rival in the St. Louis Blues."

"We're proud to be participating in this event for the second time," said Blues GM Doug Armstrong. "Kraft Hockeyville USA is a great initiative and it mirrors our organization's continued efforts to grow the game."

The Colosseum, located in the heart of Copper Country, opened in 1913 and is still operating today.

Lakeview Arena in Marquette, Mich., was the winner of the 2016 Hockeyville USA contest and received similar prizes. The Carolina Hurricanes and Buffalo Sabres played a preseason game there that fall.

Since launching in Canada in 2006, Kraft Hockeyville™ has impacted more than 80 communities with over $4 million in rink upgrades across Canada and the U.S.

Details on how to get tickets will be announced at a later date. More information can be found on KraftHockeyville.com.
