97.1 The Ticket -- The Lions turned a lot of heads early in Sunday's bout with Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, racing out to a 10-0 lead before heading to halftime tied 13-13.
The chances of an upset were looking bright when Jamal Agnew forced a fumble on the opening kick in the second half. Detroit appeared to take advantage of the turnover when Matthew Stafford threw a touchdown to Kenny Golladay in the back of the end zone, but an official review determined Golladay did not have possession of the ball all the way through the catch.

September 29, 2019 On the very next play, Stafford scrambled out of the pocket and fumbled, giving the Chiefs possession.
Momentum again went the Lions' way, when they forced another fumble on the ensuing Kansas City possession. But just as Detroit was knocking on the door again, Kerryon Johnson fumbled at the 1-yard-line and Bashaud Breeland picked it up untouched and went the length of the field for a touchdown.
A review showed that the ball was free before Johnson was down and Breeland was not touched by a Lions player while he scooped it up from the ground; the play stood and the Chiefs went in front 20-13.
