Don't try Jeff Okudah.

Don't try him if you're an unprepared quarterback, and certainly don't try him if you're an unprepared reporter.

At the combine back in February, Okudah set a reporter straight when asked about his 'tendency to get sloppy.'

"Sloppy in what way?" Okudah responded.

"Sloppy like, penalties and stuff like that," said the reporter.

"I had zero pass interferences, zero holdings," Okudah said, without flinching. "So cut the tape on again. I think you might see something else."

He's not lying.

Okudah was a flat-out monster at Ohio State, especially last season. He held quarterbacks to a passer rating of 46.8. Out of 400 coverage snaps, he allowed a total of six completions of 15-plus yards.

And then there's this, according to Pro Football Focus. Over 27 games in his final two seasons, Okudah never allowed more than 50 yards. No other Power-5 cornerback who played at least 10 coverage snaps in 15 or more games can say that.

Sloppy? Says who?
