Heart checks help detect young people who are at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, Corewell Health offers free hearts checks to students aged 13-18 that include:
- Medical History Evaluation
- Blood Pressure Check
- Cardiac physical
- Electrocardiogram or ECG
- Focused Echocardiogram
This type of screening is not typically included in routine physicals required for school sports. Students do not have to be in a sport to participate. To register today, click here.
