In the video posted to Instagram, the 52-year-old embraced some yoga moves, including holding a side plank on a block and raising her leg to a ninety degree angle.

She teamed up with her  animated puppy Clydeo for the video, who attempted the move himself.

While he was also able to raise his leg, his yoga moves weren’t as graceful as Aniston’s. Eventually, he lost his balance and fell over.

"Soooooo close, @callmeclydeo," Jennifer captioned the video of her and the pup.

Clydeo also shared the video to his social media page with the caption: “Hi, I’m Clydeo! I love food and the finer things in life. This is my first time doing yoga and I gotta say, it’s very, very hard.”

Aniston teamed up with Invisible Universe, an entertainment technology startup, to bring Clydeo, a character based on her dog, Clyde, to life.

According to a press release, the “aspiring food blogger” is Clyde’s cousin and living with Aniston.

“Upcoming storylines and posts will see Clydeo living in the Aniston household, interacting with her dogs, building his dog foodie empire, and trying the latest TikTok cooking trend,” the press release noted.

“It was so much fun bringing my newest family member, Clydeo, to life,” said Aniston, adding, “Developing an animated character and coming up with the storyline is a first for me, but I am excited for everyone to meet him!”

In between whipping her body into shape and spending time with her pups, Aniston is staying busy by joining the all-star cast of live 'The Facts of Life' special and reuniting with Adam Sandler for a “Murder Mystery” sequel on Netflix.
