The Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers have been punished following an audit of the team's handling of Covid-19 protocols, according to multiple media reports.
The team was fined $300,000 while Rodgers was docked $14,600, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reported.
Wide receiver Allen Lazard was also fined the same amount as Rodgers.
Among the reported violations were Rodgers, who is not vaccinated, appearing without a mask during his weekly press conferences, and the team failing to report that both Rodgers and Lazard had attended a Halloween party away from the Packers team facilities.
The review of the Packers seemingly came in response to public backlash, after it was revealed Rodgers had tested positive for coronavirus and was unvaccinated.
The reigning MVP had previously said he was "immunized," leading many to conclude he was inoculated. This mistaken assumption was seemingly reinforced by Rodgers regularly not wearing the mask.
The 37-year-old surefire future Hall of Famer was initially defiant in response to criticism -- some even called him a liar -- but he later apologized for having "misled" over his vaccine status.
The Packers in a statement said they respected the decision on the fines, Demovsky reported.
