DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - If you're watching the Ravens and Colts Sunday afternoon you might witness Dez Bryant's long-awaited return to the NFL.
The former Cowboys receiver was promoted from Baltimore's practice squad to the active roster ahead of the game in Indy, according to multiple reports.
Bryant appeared to confirm the reports in a tweet Saturday.
"I told you I'm covered confident and thankful.. I don't care who hate it," Bryant wrote."
The Ravens signed Bryant to their practice squad on Oct. 27.
It has been three years since Bryant last played in an NFL game, which came with the Cowboys. He has not been on an NFL roster since 2018 when he was signed by the New Orleans Saints, who placed him on the IR just two days later with a season-ending Achilles tendon tear he sustained in practice.
At his peak with the Cowboys, Bryant was an All-Pro wide receiver and three-time Pro Bowler, but was ultimately cut by Dallas following a mediocre 2017 campaign and with the receiver in line to make $12.5 million.
