Jameson Williams, a man of the people.
A few days after scoring his first touchdown of the season in the Lions' win over the Buccaneers, Williams was at Little Caesars Arena on Wednesday night to watch the Red Wings take down the Penguins.
Not only that, he rung the goal horn when the Red Wings took the ice. Not only that, he was wearing a No. 9 Gordie Howe jersey to match the number he wears with the Lions.
It looked like Williams, 22, had a heck of a time. He was in the crowd high-fiving fans when Andrew Copp scored an empty-netter to seal Detroit's win, even if he sounded a bit confused as to why the Penguins' net was empty. (Warning: NSFW content)
It won't be long before Williams is back at LCA. He's also tight with some of the Pistons. He attended a few of their games last year and intends to do the same this year.
On Wednesday, looks like he discovered the thrill of hockey.
