When four-star DL Caden Curry committed to Ohio State on Tuesday, he was asked about the Buckeyes' loss to Michigan this season. "Won't happen again," he declared. When four-star WR Darrius Clemons committed to Michigan on Wednesday, he made a declaration of his own: "Beat Ohio."
Clemons, the top recruit from the state of Oregon, chose Michigan over Oregon, Auburn, Miami and Penn State. He's the latest big-time addition to the Wolverines' 2022 recruiting class on national signing day.
If that wasn't enough, Michigan also landed four-star DL and former Oklahoma commit Derrick Moore, the No. 2 recruit from the state of Maryland.
Moore -- who had offers from the likes of Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, etc -- becomes the second-best player in Michigan's class, per 247 Sports, edging out four-star safety Keon Sabb, who flipped from Clemson to Michigan Wednesday morning. Moor
Yeah, the Wolverines are cleaning up. They also flipped three-star WR Amorion Walker from Notre Dame and landed three-star QB and former Virginia Tech commit Alex Orji on Wednesday.
Michigan's 2022 class ranks No. 9 in the country and No. 3 in the Big Ten, according to 247 Sports.
