If you know anything about me, you know I have strong thoughts about certain people in sports. Brooks Koepka is one of those guys. I'll say it before you do. I am a hater when it comes to Brooks Koepka, and I am ok with it! I would love to be a PGA Tour golfer, maybe even more than Brooks Koepka. Stick with me here.
It's been talked about in the past, but one thing Brooks Koepka doesn't do is win regular tour stops. Sure, you win a ton of majors but people will remember you by number of wins. If you win 4 majors, that's great. Win 30 events with four majors and you are legendary. Currently, he has six PGA Tour wins. Four of those are majors.
This may be a Skraby take, but I think winning a ton of regular tour events is MORE impressive than winning four majors. It shows me you are a consistently good player. People catch lightning in a bottle and take a major here and there. Four majors aren't lightning in a bottle. I get that. GO OUT AND WIN A TRAVELER'S CHAMPIONSHIP PLEASE!
