Chase Young may have been knocked out of Sunday’s game, and possibly the season, but the star defensive end was not going to miss a chance to be with his team as they upset the reigning Super Bowl champions.

After Young was helped to the locker room with what the team fears to be a torn ACL injury in the second quarter, the 22-year-old returned to the sidelines for the second half of the game on crutches and watched as the Washington Football Team held off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a 29-19 victory.

The Football Team finished off the Bucs with an incredible 19-play, 80-yard drive that took  10 minutes and 26 seconds off the clock and was capped by an Antonio Gibson touchdown on fourth-and-goal with 29 seconds remaining in the game.

It was the longest drive in the NFL this season and effectively killed any chance Tom Brady could have had at finishing off the Bucs’ attempt at a comeback.

While Washington may be without Young for the rest of the season, it improved to 3-6 as the team looks to fight back into playoff contention.
