Now, consider the fact that those are features of just the pool house at quite a luxurious residence in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. But hey, that's what you get when you're the ace of the local professional baseball franchise and the MVP of his team's most recent World Series victory.
We're referring to longtime Philadelphia Phillies starter Cole Hamels, of course, who is currently a free agent and who just listed his super nice house on the market for $2.5 million (via Claudine Zap of Realtor.com). Though not quite as expansive (or expensive) as the mansion that he and his wife, Heidi, listed in 2017, it looks like an absolutely beautiful place with an exhaustive list of amenities.
Pulling up the driveway, you're greeted by an impressive exterior atop a hill, with a pool, hot tub and pool house out back.
According to the listing, held by Kit Anstey of BHHS Fox & Roach West Chester, the amenities inside the house include the following:
