The Padres defeated the Dodgers 4-0 on Sunday to earn their fourth consecutive series win and first home series win against the Dodgers since June of 2021. Yu Darvish was brilliant, striking out 7 over 7 shutout innings. Fernando Tatis Jr. and Jake Cronenworth hit back-to-back solo homers off of Walker Buehler in the 1st inning to put the Padres on top early and provide all the offense they'd end up needing. Xander Bogaerts showed signs of life as well, going 2-4 including his 3rd home run of the season in the 5th inning. The Padres will now welcome the Rockies to town for a three game series.
