The Padres lost to the Diamondbacks 11-2 in a meaningless game on Sunday afternoon to conclude their regular season with a record of 93-69. Martin Perez and Matt Waldron each struggled, allowing 10 earned runs combined. Several starters were given the day off to rest, but the highlight of the day was Luis Arraez collecting his 200th hit of the season and securing his third consecutive batting title. All three have come with different teams. The Padres will now await the results of Monday's Braves-Mets doubleheader to find out who they'll play on Tuesday in Game 1 of the Wild Card series.
