The San Diego State Aztecs got off to a slow start, falling behind to New Mexico State 10-0 in the first half. But Brady Hoke's team roared back in the second half, scoring 28 unanswered points, as Greg Bell ran for 161 yards and a touchdown. SDSU improves to 1-0 on the season, and will play the Arizona Wildcats in Tucson next Saturday at 7:00.
