San Diego State won their 4th consecutive game on Tuesday night, beating Nevada 73-68 on the road. It was the Aztecs' 7th win in their past 8 games, earning them a crucial conference win. SDSU struggled early, falling behind 14-2 to begin the game after blowing a 24-point lead against Boise State. The Aztecs pulled to within just 2 points entering halftime, and then outscored the Wolf Pack 39-32 in the second half to earn the victory. The key play in the game was when Miles Heide grabbed an offensive rebound off of a BJ Davis miss with the Aztecs leading by just 1 point with 33 seconds remaining and scored on a putback while drawing a foul to put SDSU up by 3 points after missing the free throw. Up next for the Aztecs is a home date against Fresno State on Saturday night at Viejas Arena.
