It's been six years since ESPN's Max Kellerman made his infamous comments on First Take, claiming that Tom Brady would "fall off a cliff" and that his career is all but over during an episode back in 2016.

Having never responded to the viral television moment, Brady had some time on his hands Thursday afternoon to clap back at Kellerman. He re-tweeted the video along with a hilarious caption.

"Ratio" is a term used on social media when calling out a bad take if the number of replies is more than the number of likes the tweet received.

As history tells it, Brady has gone on to prove Kellerman and the rest of the doubters wrong by winning three Super Bowls.

The ESPN personality has been known to be critical of Brady and Boston sports in particular. Part of that may be due to Kellerman growing up in New York City.

In response to Brady, Kellerman simply told him to calm down and bask in his success.

After staying firm on his stance, Kellerman eventually admitted he was wrong.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are among the league's favorites to win Super Bowl LVII, right behind the Bills on FanDuel Sportsbook at +750. Those odds got even better with the addition of Julio Jones.

Heading into a massive broadcasting gig with FOX once he decides to retire from the sport, Brady ultimately proved to his critics that he can win into his 40s and that no one can predict when father time will ultimately catch up to an athlete.
