Somebody hit the side mirror of Lissa's parked car the other day right by her house. It popped the back off, so they set it on top of her vehicle. At first she thought: why didn't they stop or leave a note? Rude. But then she thought: meh, no big deal. Still, Liss would've tried to find the person if she did that. So...what level of damage warrants a stop?
