Simon is Going Pink, thanks to Forsyth Plastic Surgery! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Listen for Charley's tips on how you can improve the lives of patients and survivors all month long. Remember, early detection saves lives.

Get Screened Regularly:

Schedule regular mammograms, especially if you're over 40 or have a family history of breast cancer. Early detection is key.

Know the Signs:

Some signs of breast cancer can include lumps, changes in breast size or shape, skin changes, etc. Perform regular self-exams.

Promote Healthy Habits:

Maintaining a healthy weight, staying active, limiting alcohol, and not smoking can reduce breast cancer risk.

Self-Advocacy:

Trust your instincts and push for answers if you feel something is wrong, regardless of your age or gender.
