Nobody in the world knows the concept of company loyalty more than Walter Orthmann.
Earlier this month, Orthmann turned 100-years-old, and he celebrated like he does every day, by driving into his job at a textile company which he's done for the past 84 years.
Orthmann started in the mailroom at Industrias Renaux S.A. (now ReneauxView) in Santa Carina, Brazil when he was just 15-years-old on January 17, 1938.
Since then, he was promoted to sales, and now serves as a sales manager 84 years after starting with the company.
Orthmann credits the love for his work as the reason he's stayed so long.
He told Reuters, "You have to like to work. I started to work with that willingness and fighting spirit. You can't just do any job to say that you are working. That doesn't work. You're not going to be able to stand it."
