Our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning comes from a couple of friends of Jeff, who are having trouble with one of their neighbors in their apartment complex.
Apparently, their neighbor is a smoker, and the smoke has begun to waft through the vents into their own unit, and it's ruining their lives.
Not only does their home smell like smoke, now their furniture even clothes smell like cigarettes, and they have no idea what to do.
Everyone in the complex signed an addendum in their contracts that prohibits smoking from inside the unit, but this person obviously hasn't complied. They even went to the property's management, and still nothing has been done.
What's the next step for this couple? Confront the neighbor directly? Keep confronting the management even though they've done nothing so far? Take revenge into their own hands?
