We're all aware of "The Great Resignation" that's occurred in the workplace over the last couple of years for a variety of reasons, but there's a very specific reason over 60% of people have left their jobs...

They've left their jobs because their offices weren't pet-friendly.

According to Study Finds, six in ten people have previously left a job before because their offices weren't pet-friendly.

Also, 71% of the 2,000 people surveyed said they would benefit more from a pet-friendly office now than they would have before the pandemic.

The survey also found 48% of people said their pets have improved their productivity at work, including more than half of both cat and dog owners (56% and 53%, respectively), and pet rodents broke the ice in meetings more often than other pets (69%), while small animals like rabbits and ferrets were more likely to inspire their pet parents and boost their productivity (65%).
