26-year-old Kenneth Rybolt of Columbia, Missouri was caught shoplifting from a Kohl's department store this past Saturday. Upon the police showing up, he stole a car and fled.

And his adventures didn't stop there.

He rammed the stolen car into a police patrol vehicle and got away. Later, Rybolt was involved head-on collision, and fled on foot. He tried to steal another car, but was caught by police, at which point they handcuffed him, shackled his ankles, and placed him in the back of a patrol car.

Well somehow while handcuffed, shackled, and restrained, Rybolt managed to break through the cage separating the back and front seat, and STEAL the police car after the officers stepped away to investigate.

He crashed that patrol car and after a failed attempt to carjack AN OTHER vehicle broke into a nearby home where he stole a key for a personal watercraft. During his attempt to steal that, the police managed to catch up to him.

BUT THE FUN DIDN'T END THERE!

Rybolt jumped into the water, still cuffed and shackled mind you, which is where the police were finally able to catch up to him for good and put an end to this madness.

According to ABC17, Rybolt is facing multiple charges including
-First degree assault or attempt – serious physical injury.
-Resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing and creating a substantial risk or serious injury/death.
-First degree assault or attempt – serious physical injury.
-Two charges of tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree.
