Mauricio Umansky is a real estate agent also known for being married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, who was able to sell the estate in 2012, and he had a little bit of help doing so.
During an interview with TMZ, in which he was promoting his new book The Dealmaker: How to Succeed in Business & Life through Dedication, Determination & Disruption, Umansky claims the spirit of the deceased singer actually helped him secure a buyer for the home.
Umansky recounted an incident where he went one morning to check on the home, and the room where the singer died, which had been locked up the night before, had a window open and music coming out of it.
Additionally, there was an incident with a broken chandelier that couldn't be explained, that led to the client purchasing the mansion for $18.1 million!
